Returns and Refund Policy.
We guarentee your satisfaction. You may return goods within 14 days from recipt. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned undamaged with their original packaging and within the 14 day period.
Any postage / shipping costs incurred whilst returning the goods are non refundable. ( Except in the case of faulty or damaged goods).
Initial response to complaints will be made within 3 working days.
All notices for return of goods or complaints, should be made in first instance via e mail to uksales@beulahusa.com
Delivery Schedule.
All items advertised are assumed to be in stock. Any items not available will be notified by the end of the next working day. You will have the option to place the item on back order or cancel and receive an immediate refund.
All stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment.
You have the right to cancel goods prior to dispatch. All cancellations must be e mailed to uksales@beulahusa.com.
Once an item is dispatched, you will be liable to any postage or shipping costs incurred.
Goods will be dispatched via First class post or Parcel Force as deemed appropriate.
